We are four sisters with a passion for fiber arts, jewelry and everything cute!
Most of our items are handmade and we always try to replicate our items as best as we can. Despite that, there will always be a possibility of small differences and imperfections.
Policies
No returns!
Full refunds will only be given for orders which have not been shipped out yet.
Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order. If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us through our contact form or on Instagram. Once your order is shipped out, the package is out of our hands and we are not responsible for issues that result during the shipping process. We do not offer refunds for orders that are stolen or lost after delivery. If your package is returned to us for any reason, due to incorrect address or etc, you will need to cover the shipping cost again to have it shipped out to you once again or you are welcome to a refund (not including the shipping cost).

Processing
Pre-made items
Pre-made items have already been made, so it will take about 1-4 business days to be shipped out.
Made-to-order items
Made-to-order items will need time to be made, so it can take 1-3 weeks to be completed. Larger items such as bags can take longer (up to 6 weeks). If we have a larger work-load, orders may take longer to complete, so please be patient with us!
Manufactured items
Manufactured items will take about 1-4 business days to be shipped out. If the item comes with beads/charms, your order may take longer to be shipped.
Shipping
Domestic shipping takes about 3-5 business days while international orders take about 1-3 weeks to be delivered.
We ship to all countries except the following countries listed below (because of restrictions by our postal service or international safety regulations):

If you are ordering from outside of the US, please be aware of your country's import tax (customs duty) policies as we are not responsible for any fees/duties that you may have to pay upon delivery.

Domestic
$4.55+ for shipping within the US
Canada
under 8 oz - $10.99
over 8 oz - $13.99
Everywhere else
under 8 oz - $13.99
over 8 oz - $17.99
Please be aware that shipping costs may increase for heavier orders!
Because each product category has a set cost to account for the difference in weight, the shipping costs can add up. If you feel that the shipping costs are not accurate to your order, please contact us so that we can create a custom listing for you to purchase with a more accurate shipping cost.
